Co-curricular activities are essential for the formation of personality and to instill in students a strong sense of social services and dedication to work. Participation in these activities makes them courageous, free and mature citizens and competent leaders.


For this cause, De Paul buds are divided into FOUR HOUSES, namely

Gymnastic

Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Time : [Sat - 7:45 Am To 9:15 Am] 

Dance [kathak, Western]

Kathak is one of the eight major forms of indian classical dance. The origin of kathak is traditionally attributed to the traveling bards of ancient northern India known as kathakars or storytellers. Time : [Sat - 8:30 Am To 9:30 Am] 

Basketball & Football Training

To expose children to the latest training methods. To produce technically excellent and innovative players with exceptional decision-making skills. To train, develop, qualify and support more innovative coaches; who are excellent teachers of the game.

Games & Sports

Games, sports and athletics are part of the educational programme. The school games are to be given preference over other personal activities. Boys and girls who are selected to play for their school or class teams, have to attend practice sessions. Students are encouraged to take active part in games and sports. 

Abacus Special Training

It removes the fear of mathematics by making the arithmetic calculations easier. Abacus education, not only improves the mathematics and creates interest in mathematics, but it also helps to improve overall academic skill and helps to tackle the day-to-day challenges and boosts confidence problem- solving capacity.

Catechism

A catechism is a summary or exposition of doctrine and serves as a learning introduction to the Sacraments traditionally used in catechesis, or Christian religious teaching of children and adult converts. Time : [Sat - 10:30 Am To 11:15 Am] 

Spoken English

An English speaking course is in essence one where the overriding objective is to improve the fluency and confidence of the student when speaking English, and so improve the ability of the student to Communicate effectively in English.
