Guidelines For Guardians
The school lays great emphasis on discipline. The following are regarded as a breach of school discipline:
Slackness, disobedience and disregard of the rules.
Lack of good manners, word or actions likely to lower the image of the school.
The school reserves the right to expel students whose diligence or progress in studies is considered unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to the other students, immorality.
Insubordination or contempt of authority and causing damage to school property are always sufficient reasons for punitive action to be taken immediately by the school authority.
Parents are required to fill all the details in the student's personal data form with recent pass port size photograph (in both the copies) and duly sign by them. Once copy of student's data form should be submitted to the Class teacher within 3 days after getting the school dairy. Photograph should be in school uniform.
Parents are required to inform the school office, in writing if there is any change in their address, telephone numbers and other relevant information, immediately.
Parents are required not to ensure classrooms to see their children or teachers during the school hours.
Children, when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes.
Parents can meet the Principal and teachers on stipulated days by appointment.
Attendance of any one parents for the PTMs is compulsory and the class teacher should be informed about any absenteeism, prior to the meeting.
Any communication made by parents guardian should be addressed to the Principal/Class teacher. All the details about the students should be clearly mentioned in the application.
Parents should sign monthly report card and return it to the class teacher on the next day. If lost/mutilated, a replacement will be made after the payment of the fine at the school office.
Parents are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their attendance, punctuality and discipline and to take interest in their child's work. They should check the diary everyday and note the instructions given.
Students are expected to take care of all school property and in case of any damage, it will be made good by the concerned students together with a fine imposed for the offence.
Students are advised not to carry any cash, valuable articles or Mobile phones, smart watches, pens, electronic gadgets, cameras, calculators in the school premises.
It is compulsory for all the students to attend school on the first day of the beginning of the semester or after each vacation and the last day before the end of a semester/beginning of a vacation. Otherwise, strict action will be taken by the school authority.
The ward, whose parents avoid meeting the authorities, coordinator or teachers when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the classes.
Parents can meet the coordinators and teachers during visiting hours.
Parents must first consult the school calendar, date sheet and other circular before making any enquiries.
Student's using unfair means in examination will have their paper cancelled.
Pupils whose conduct is incompatible with the moral tone and discipline of the school (e.g. theft, cheating during exams, using unfair means, misbehavior, using slangs etc.) are liable to be sanctioned/punished or given T.C.
Parents/guardians are requested not to approach the teachers for private tuition for their wards. If any kind of help is required, then the parents/guardian are requested to get in touch with the principal and assistance may be considered as per the convince of the school or the teacher.
Students must be punctual in attending their classes. Parents/Guardians are requested to extend their full cooperation to the school authorities in ensuring punctually of their wards.
The reason for absence must be recorded in the specified page of the school diary and duly signed by the Parents/Guardian. Student should get their dairy signed by the principal before they enter their classes.
No child is allowed to carry correction fluid or white ink eraser.
Absence from school in order to study is strictly not allowed. Serious disciplinary measures will be taken by the school authority if a student is found loitering outside the campus in school uniform during school hours. This will be considered as willful avoidance or instructional hours in school and thus will be penalized. We have read the general guidelines and discussed with our child. We ensure compliance with the same and understand that no compliance will result in strict action against our ward.
